8.11.4. Echo buffer descriptor mode (1011b)
In this mode, the Echo Buffer Descriptor information is returned. The Buffer
Offset area is a reserved. The Allocation Length area must be set to at least 4.

The Buffer Capacity returns the capacity of the Echo Buffer. The autoloader
Echo Buffer capacity is 1024 bytes.
8.12. READ ELEMENT STATUS Command (B8h)
The READ ELEMENT STATUS command returns the status of internal
autoloader elements to the host.

When the Volume Tag (VolTag) bit is 1, Volume Tag information is returned.
When the VolTag bit is 0, Volume Tag information is not returned.
