Installation/Connection Examples
Stack Installation
You can stack up to four projectors. This section
describes the stack installation of two projectors as an
example.
There are two types of stack installations as follows:
Type 1:
floor installation when you match the
horizontal level of the center of the screen and the
center of the lens of the two projectors
Type 2:
floor installation when you match the
horizontal level of the bottom of the screen and
the center of the lens of the lower projector
Note
You cannot stack the projectors when using the VPDL-
FP30 fixed short focus lens.
Stand for stack installation
When you stack the projectors, prepare a stand as
shown below.
Notes
• Use a material that is strong enough to withstand the
weight of the stacked projectors (approximately 60 kg
(132 lb 4 oz) per unit).
• When adjusting the stacked pictures from the two
projectors, adjust the position of either projector.
• Make sure that the pillars do not block the ventilation
holes.
