After the icon disappears, confirm
that the ACCESS indicator on the
unit is off and disconnect the USB
cable.
Note
Connection and disconnection procedures
for eSATA may vary depending on your
computer and eSATA expansion card. If
connections and disconnections are not
performed properly, the computer may not
recognize the unit and data may be lost.
For more information on procedures for
eSATA connection and disconnection, refer to
the operating instructions of your computer
and eSATA expansion card.

Press the SET button on the unit.
A disconnect confirmation message
appears on the screen.

Select OK, and press the SET button.
The main menu appears when
disconnection is complete.
