Setting the copy option
Select whether to perform verification
during data copying. When this option is
enabled, the unit checks whether write
errors have occurred each time data is
written to the HDD while you copy data
from an SxS memory card to the HDD
cartridge. If a write error occurs during a
copy operation, the operation is stopped.
As error checking needs to be performed
while the data is copied, the copy operation
will take about twice as long as copying
without verification.

Select SETUP in the main menu, and
press the SET button.

Select OTHERS, and press the SET
button.

Select COPY OPTION, and press the
SET button.

Select one of the following, and press
the SET button.
•
COPY ONLY:
Verification is not
performed.
•
COPY & VERIFY:
Check whether
write errors have occurred each time
data is written to the HDD during
copy. Copying takes longer than
when COPY ONLY is selected.
Restoring default settings
You can return all settings to their factory
default settings.

Select SETUP in the main menu, and
press the SET button.

Select OTHERS, and press the SET
button.

Select ALL RESET, and press the SET
button.

After the confirmation message
appears, select OK and press the SET
button.
