5-13. CPU Board (COMe Module)/HPR-56 Board
Note
• When removing/installing the main board assembly, place the unit on the conductive cushion.
• Be careful not to short-circuit the pins of the lithium battery holder during this work.
Preparation
1. Remove the top panel. (Refer to “5-2. Top Panel” )
2. Remove the front panel assembly. (Refer to “5-3. Front Panel Assembly” )
3. Remove the lithium battery. (Refer to “5-6. Lithium Battery” )
4. Remove the memory module. (Refer to “5-7. Memory Module” )
5. Remove the SSD module (mSATA). (Refer to “5-8. SSD Module (mSATA)” )
6. Remove the front chassis assembly. (Refer to “5-9. Front Chassis Assembly” )
7. Remove the main board assembly. (Refer to “5-11. Main Board Assembly” )
8. Remove the IF-1227 board. (Refer to “5-12. IF-1227 Board” )
Procedure
1. Remove the four screws, and remove the heatsink (FPGA, BEAUNE) and two radiation sheets (252502).

• When installing the heatsink (FPGA, BEAUNE), tighten the screws in the following sequence: (a), (b), (c),
(d).
• If the radiation sheet (252502) is removed, stick it at the position as shown in the figure.
