2-2-20. LED-491 Board
1. Refer to Sections from 2-2-3 to 2-2-5 and
disassemble the unit up to “Handle Assem-
bly” removal.
2. Remove the connector cover from the head-
phone jack of the LED-491 board.
3. Remove the three screws of
a
, and remove
the LED-491 bracket and the LED-491 board
in the direction of the arrow.
4. Remove the three screws of
b
and the M6
nut, and remove the LED-491 bracket.
5. Disconnect the harness from the connector
(CN11) on the LED-491 board, and remove
the LED-491 board.
6. Reinstall the LED-491 board by reversing the
steps of removal.

2-2-21. Speaker
1. Refer to Sections from 2-2-3 to 2-2-5 and
disassemble the unit up to “Handle Assem-
bly” removal.
2. Refer to Section 2-2-20 and disassemble the
unit up to “LED-491 board” removal.
3. Remove the two screws, and remove the
speaker holder.

Be careful not to drop the speaker grill.
4. Remove the speaker holder sheet, and remove
the speaker harness from the slit of the speak-
er holder.
5. Remove the speaker from the speaker holder.
6. Reinstall the speaker by reversing the steps of
removal.
