My optical drive tray does not open.



Make sure the computer is turned on.



Press the Eject button on the optical drive.



Click Start on the Windows

taskbar, and then click My Computer. Right- click DVD/CD-RW Drive and select Eject from

the drop-down menu.



If these options do not work, open the tray by inserting a thin, straight object (such as a paper clip) in the hole to
the right of the Eject button.
