Notes on System Operation

Turning Off Each Device

Use the following procedure when finishing system operation.

a

Turn off all IP converters and the NSM server.

b

Turn off the network switch using the manufacturer-specified method.

Turning Off a Network Switch

If a network switch is turned off while any IP converters are still operating, the video will not lock to the sync signal the
next time the network switch is started. If video syncing cannot be obtained, restart the IP converters.
