CRUSH
Sets the type of record mode.
ASSEMBLE
CRUSH :
The unit stops at the record end point.
AUTO ASSEMBLE
It re-starts next recording from the point.
Continuity of the video signal is not
maintained.
ASSEMBLE :
The unit stops after rewinding a tape for
about three seconds from the record
end point. It re-starts the next recording
from the point. Continuity of the video
signal is maintained.

Sets the pre-roll time from an external editing equipment that is

connected to the REMOTE connector. A pre-roll time in the

range of 0 to 30 seconds in units of 1 second can be set. A

pre-roll time of 3 seconds or longer is used in general, but
30 sec
a pre-roll time of 5 seconds or more is recommended for editing
using an external editing equipment.

GEN : The time code signal that is generated by the internal
time code generator, is output.
AUTO : The time code signal that is generated by the internal

been recorded on tape, is output during the playback mode.
