1-4. Removal and Installation of Board
1-4-1. CA-46 Board/PS-613 Board

When replacing the CA-46 board and PS-613 board, also
replace the heat resisting rubbers attached to the board.
1. Remove the lower case and front panel assembly.
(Refer to Section 1-3-1.)
2. Remove the two screws and disconnect one harness
from the connector (CN102) on the CA-46 board, then
remove the CA-46 board.
3. Remove one heat resisting rubber (CA1) and two heat
resisting rubbers (CA2) from the CA-46 board.
4. Remove the two screws and disconnect the two
harnesses from the connectors (CN201 and CN202) on
the PS-613 board, then remove the PS-613 board.
5. Remove one heat resisting rubber (DD) from the PS-
613 board.
6. Install the CA-46 board and PS-613 board in the
reverse order of steps 1 to 5.
1-4-2. PA-267 Board
1. Remove the lower case and front panel assembly.
(Refer to Section 1-3-1.)
2. Remove the two screws, then remove the seal rubber
retainer (FFC).
3. Raise the connector (CN1) on the PA-267 board in the
direction indicated by the arrow A to release the lock,
then remove the flexible flat cable and seal rubber
(FFC) in the direction indicated by the arrow B.
4. Remove the two screws and solders, then remove the
PA-267 board.
5. Install the PA-267 board in the reverse order of steps 1
to 4.

When attaching the flexible flat cable, be sure that the blue
belt is on the correct side.
