This product is supplied pursuant to and subject to the terms of the agreement with regard to the use
and/or supply of tools including, but not limited to, any tool loan agreement, tool purchase and license
agreement, and/or development agreement, with Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. or its affiliates.
Other than as expressly set forth by SCEI and/or any of its affiliates, except to the extent prohibited by
applicable laws, SCEI and/or any of its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages, including special,
incidental or consequential damages, or fees arising out of the use or inability to use this product.
