3-6-2. Replacing the DC-DC Board/AC-DC

Board

When replacing, be sure to use the specified part.

Mounted circuit board, DC-DC :

1.

Unplug the power cord from the rear panel of the

CCU-590/590P.

2.

Remove the top cover. (Refer to section 3-5. Remov-

ing the Top Cover.)

3.

Remove the power supply unit. (Refer to section 3-6.)

4.

Remove the ten screws to detach the side panel.

5.

Remove the six screws and disconnect three connec-
tors (J9, J10, J11) and remove the DC-DC board.

6.

Remove the three screws and disconnect three connec-

tors and remove the AC-DC board.

7.

After replacement of the board, reinstall the power

supply unit on the CCU-590/590P by reversing the
steps above.

8.

Connect the power cord, power on the CCU-590/590P,
and check that the unit works normally.
