3-6-1. Replacing the Power Supply Unit

The power supply unit is critical for safe operation. Be sure
to replace it with the specified part to avoid the danger of a
fire or electric shock.
When replacing, be sure to use the specified part.

Unplug the power cord from the rear panel of the
CCU-590/590P.
2.
Remove the top cover. (Refer to section 3-5. Remov-
ing the Top Cover.)
3.
Remove the connector of the power supply unit.
4.
After replacement of the power supply unit, assemble
the power unit in the reverse procedure of removal.
5.
Connect the power cord, turn on the power of the
CCU-590/590P, and confirm that the CCU-590/590P
operates normally.
3.
Remove the top cover in the arrow direction.
4.
Reattach the top cover in the reverse order of removal.

When reattaching the top cover, tighten the seven
screws with the following procedure.
(1) Temporarily tighten the two screws

(2) Adjust the position of the top cover in the arrow
dirention.
(3) Tighten the three screws

(4) Fully tighten the two screws

tightened in step (1).
(5) Tighten the screws

sequentially.
