6. Insert set screws

Four set screws come in each battery box.

Insert the set screws into the battery modules.
The set screws should be finger-tight.
DANGER
Danger to life by electric shock by
improper DC connection!
Connecting the battery modules
in series can cause life-threatening
voltages.
▶
Connect the battery modules
in parallel; i.e., connect all of
the positive poles of the battery
modules to each other and all of
the negative poles of the battery
modules to each other.
7. Install horizontal battery connections

Place the wider, flat red bus bars on the positive
terminal set screws.
▶
Place the wider, flat black bus bars on the
negative terminal set screws.
