2-3. Outside Panel Assembly

Preparation

1. Remove the bottom harness guard. (Refer to “2-2. Bottom Harness Guard”.)

Procedure

1. Remove the four hexagon socket bolts, and then remove the rosette ring (956).

Note

Apply Loctite 243 before installing the hexagon socket bolts.

2.  Disconnect the fine-wire coaxial cable from the connector (CN0157) on the DIF-278 board.
3.  Disconnect the harness from the connector (CN1301) on the DIF-278 board.
4.  Remove the five precision screws.
