Connect the 50Kohm /V m ultim eter to TP. 10 and follow the below alignment
chart :

Set the channel selector to 24 and the signal generator to 27.275 MHz
and check
the overall sensitivity as under 2 - 4 - 2 . Repeat the same with
channel 1 (26.965 MHz).

If the readings are not the same, touch up LI, 2, 3, 4, 5, until you obtain
approximately the same readings on CH 1 and CH 24.

Check all channels as under 2 - 4 - 2 .
5.
If the above datas are not obtainable, check the voltages on TR 1, 2, 3, 4,
5, and replace if necessary any defective components.
6.
To align the S-M eter, set the channel selector to CH 13, the signal gener
ator to 27.115 and the attenuator for 50
juV
output. Adjust VR-2 for S -9
on the S-M eter.
7.
Set the Squelch control to MAX. and adjust RV5 to
a
point
that
the
squelch just opens.
8.
Disconnect all testequipment.
