Checklist in Trouble
When users are in trouble with CSE-M53G, make sure all the followed steps first.

Searching problem with ezManager

Confirming types of configuration utility
CSE-M53G can be configured by ezManager.
⚫
Stopping Firewall operation
Firewalls of personal computer or network block broadcast packets. Stop all
the firewalls before searching CSE-M53G
Most of vaccine programs have firewall functions so it can cause some trouble
to search CSE-M53G. Stop these programs before the searching.

Stable supply of the power
Check if the power is supplied continually.
⚫
Connection with the network
Make sure that the network connection is fine including Ethernet cable. In
this step, we recommend that users connect CSE-M53G with PC directly or in the
same network hub.

Checking options of restriction
In case that restriction of access is activated, the communication with
ezManager can be impossible. When users are in this situation, make CSE-M53G
operate in ISP mode.
