c-5) W
ork mode
There are 5 work modes to choose from.
The Battery will be charged during the set time, and can choose
whether to charge from the grid or not. The battery will stop
discharging to keep high capacity when the grid is on. Only when
the gird is down and PV energy is not enough, the battery will start
to discharge to keep the essential loads working normally.
Self Use
(default)
Time of Use
Back Up Mode
The PV generated power will be used to supply the local loads first,
then to charge the battery. The redundant power will be exported
to the grid.
When there is no PV supplied, the battery will discharge for local
loads first, and grid will supply power when the battery capacity is
not enough.
In this work mode,
charges the battery during two available
charging windows from PV or grid (if enabled), then functions
as in Self-use mode.

Time of Use
The priority of inverter output power is:
feeding to the grid
→
supplying the load
→
charging the battery.
This work mode applies to areas with high feed-in tariffs.
Feed in Priority
For “ Time of Use” mode, there are 6 parameters that need to be set.
ChgPeri 1 From Grid: It can be set Enable or Disable. If it’s Enable, the battery
will be charge from the grid during the period 1.
ChgPeri 2 From Grid: It can be set Enable or Disable. If it’s Enable, the battery
will be charge from the grid during the period 2.
Charge Start Time 1:
The starting time of the charge period 1.
Charge End Time 1: The ending time of the charge period 1.
Charge Start Time 2: The starting time of the charge period 2.
Charge End Time 2: The ending time of the charge period 2.

For “Back Up Mode”, show the start and end time of charging.
c-4.6) Micro Grid
This option can only be set if the Function Type is AC Coupled. Users can set the
Start Freq, InvMax Pow, Freq Droop and FreqReverBatCap.
Start Freq: the range is 60.00Hz to 66.00Hz.
InvMaxPow: the range is 0W to 10000W.
Freq Droop: the range is 0%/Hz to 100%/Hz.
FreqReverBatCap: this refers to the battery capacity setting value of the AC Coupled
over frequency to stop the grid-connected inverter and restore frequency again in
the
case of micro grid. And the range is 30% to 80%, the default is 40%.
Start Freq
60.00Hz
Micro Grid
In this mode, battery discharges during two discharge window
to limit demand charge (if enabled) (Similar to Time of Use mode
but on Demand Mode the system will allow grid consumption
up to a threshold limit defined by the user (default 2kW).
Demand Mode

1. We can set the period 1 and the period 2 on the LCD display.
2. The battery can be charge from the PV or grid (if enabled) during the period
1 and the period 2. And we can set the charging current rate (≤25A) in the
Charger interface. (Setting => Advanced => Battery => Charger.)
4. The function as in Self-use mode during the period 3 and the period 4.
