11.1 Troubleshooting
This section contains information and procedures for solving possible problems
with A1 Hybrid series inverters, and provides you with troubleshooting tips to
identify and solve most problems that could occur with A1 Hybrid series inverters.
This section will help you narrow down the source of any problems you may
encounter. Please read the following troubleshooting steps.
Check warnings or fault messages on the System Control Panel or Fault codes on
the inverter information panel. If a message is displayed, record it before doing
anything further.

Battery Relay Fault
• Disconnect PV+ , PV- , grid and battery, reconnect them
• Or reach out to Solax Technical Support, if you are unable to return
to a normal state.

Battery Reverse Connection Fault
• Check if the positive pole and negative pole of battery are connected
in a contrary way
• Or
reach out to Solax Technical Support

AFDI Model Self Check Fault

• Please check if there is any visible arc vestige firstly
• Clear the fault under the instruction of the USER'S MANUAL
and restart the inverter

Faults
Diagnosis and solution
Register1 SN: it indicates the serial number of the
external monitoring devices, such as Pocket Wi-Fi
and Pocket LAN.
Battery: includes the battery serial number,
battery brand and battery version. (This option
only can be displayed when the inverter is
connected to the battery.)
