COMPLETE light will come on, but only when the CS2000 approaches
full charge.

How long should I charge the CS2000?
Answer:
It should be charged for a minimum of 30 hours when new. Your CS2000
can be left on the wall charger continuously. When recharging with the
wall charger, the CS2000 should be charged for 4 to 6 hours per light that
remains unlit when the TEST button is pressed.
