STEP 3: Install the Software
1. Insert the
Socket Low Power WLAN Installation CD
.
2. Use
My Computer
or
Windows Explorer
to access your CD-ROM drive.
In the CD, click on SETUP.EXE.
3. The Setup Center will start. Follow the instructions on your screen to
install the software for Windows 2000.
4. The Preinstaller will start. Follow the instructions on your screen.
5. After reading the new hardware wizard instructions in the last screen,
click
OK
. Leave the CD in your computer. Now you are ready to insert
the WLAN card.
