Change or Add User/Password
Login to the remote interface through the Ethernet port (Telnet or SSH) is password protected. The default
username/password is:
Username:
rifc
Password:
trak9100
Passwords for existing user accounts can be changed and new user accounts may be added using the
PASSWD
command:

PASSWD<CR>
9100 Replies:
9100 will query for the username, old password (if user already exists), and
new password (entered twice).
Examples:
1. Change password for existing user account ‘rifc’
9100>PASSWD
User: rifc
Enter old password: trak9100
Enter new password: newpass
Re-enter new password: newpass
Password for user 'rifc' changed!

2. Create new user account ‘guest’
9100>PASSWD
User: guest
