6.2 Auxiliary Functions of Playback
6.2.1 Playing Back Frame by Frame
Steps:
Go to Playback.
In Playback, click to slow down the playback. Clicking again will reverse playback.
6.2.2 Smart Search
In order to find motion detection events fast in playback, Smart Search allows to analyze a certain area (scene)
dynamically, and get all of the related motion detection events that occurred the schedule area.
Enable Dynamic Analysis for Motion must be set on the camera.
To do this:
1. Log in the network camera by the web browser, and enable the Dynamic Analysis for Motion by checking
the checkboxt. You may enter the motion detection configuration screen by Configuration> Advanced
Configuration> Events> Motion Detection.

2. Enable the motion detection function and set the arming area to the full screen in the NVR. Please refer to
chapter 5.3 for details.
Steps:
1. Enter Playback and play a record file.
