When controller detects fault alarm, fault alarm is active, alarm indicator will flash fast (5 time per
second); Fault alarm is latched and it can be removed until reset it manually.

Input is configured to "Output Voltage Abnormal Fault", and
when input is active, fault alarms.
When indication information is active, it disappears after it displays for 2s.
