About Unicable
The HDTV receiver smartCX10/VX10 can be operated at a unicable sys-
tem. Depending on the type of system it is possible to connect up to eight
receivers to one trunk line.
In order to achieve that, at each receiver in the setup menu, a separate IF
channel and a corresponding frequency must be set.
The allocation of channels and frequencies depends on the used LNBs or
multiswitches.
The data sheet and the technical documentation for your LNB and / or
multiswitch contain a mapping table similar to the following.

Fill in the last column of the table the frequencies of
your system, thus you always have all the relevant in-
formation at a glance.
The rule of thumb is: maximum frequency
shortest
cable path.
