OUTx _cmos_inv
Sets the polarity of the two outputs in dual CMOS mode
0 = no inversion
1 = OUTx~ inverted
OUTx _cmos_slew
Controls CMOS slew rate from fast to slow.
00 = fastest
01 = slow
10 = slower
11 = slowest
OUTx _cmos_str
CMOS output impedance control.
0 = 50 Ω
1 = 25 Ω
