7. Commissioning
7.1 General
CAUTION
The lubricants to be used can be
found in chapter “Technical details”
on page 21.
7.2 Set the flow
• Remove the protection cap (1) of the
dosing device.
• Using a suitable screwdriver, turn the
screw to the right (clockwise) until it stops
to remove the adjusting screw (2) (zero
flow).
• Using a depth gauge of callipers
determine the dimension from the head
of the adjusting screw to the edge of the
lubricating head dosage.
• Set the screw (2) to the left (anticlockwise)
to the required adjustment measurement
(see table).
• Secure adjusting screw (2) with
locknut (3).
• Put the protection cap (1) back on.
