6. Installation
6.3 Position the sensor for detecting the
chain rollers
The sensor is fixed to the chain housing.
The sensor detects incoming chain rollers
and initiates the driver movement.
• Position sensor (1) at a distance (A) of
3 mm (0.118“) to the chain roller.
- Adjust the horizontal position on the slot
of the holder (2).
- Adjust the vertical position using the
sensor nuts.

Driver extends too early:
• Move holder (2) in the direction of
transport.

Driver extends too late:
• Move holder (2) against the direction of
transport.
