7.10 PTO shaft length adjustment 

 
The length of the PTO shaft can be reduced if necessary; more specifically, the protective shields and 
the two pipes that transmit the motion must be cut by the same amount. 
The minimum and maximum measurements that the shaft can support are indicated in Figure 7.30. 
See the PTO shaft manual for further information regarding safety.
