Lubrication
Entire unit is lubricated and excess grease is wiped off.
Tires and wheels
Tire pressures are at 2.5 bar ( 36 psi ).
Wheel bolts torqued to 190
– 217 N·m

– 160 lb ft
).
Basket supports
All hardware assembled and tighten correctly.
Adjust the flotation springs for approximately 32 kg ( 70 lb ) weight at each end of the basket.
All Safety decals are in readable condition.
Operator's manual is with the unit.
Electrical system
Confirm that the electrical box on the rake is powered and operating correctly.
○ Option A – Consult with the owner or confirm that the operating tractor has an
SAE J560 seven-way
receptacle that is configured for 12 V power at pin seven for proper use of the rake.
○ Option B – Install the auxiliary power wiring harness to power the rake through the tractor three-way
power connector. Store the removed connector cap in a safe place for installation if the seven-way
lighting connector is used to power the rake in the future.
All lighting, hazard, turn signal, and safety is operational.
