PRE-ASSEMBLY
2.1
UNLOADING THE SHIPPING CONTAINER
Each container carries 3 units.
Each unit consists in 2 crates (A and B) and a metal frame where are secured the 2 baskets (LH and RH).
Remove the units from the container (
Fig.2.1.1
) as follows:
1. Position a forklift at the opening of the container, making sure not to contact any of the basket com-
ponents with the forks.
2. Attach a suitable chain between the frame and the tow motor (
Fig.2.1.2
).
3. Lift the front of the basket t r a n s p o r t f r a m e with the forklift high enough to clear the bottom of the
container, but not too high to hit the top of the container.
4. Using the provided wheels on the lower frame, remove the basket assemblies from the container.
5. Separate the basket transport frames using a forklift from the side (
Fig.2.1.3
).
