Preparation
Preheat the product to 200 °C .
In a bowl, crush the garlic and mix with
sugar, olive oil, chilli powder, and mustard .
Season with salt and pepper .
Rub the marinade over the drumsticks and
leave for 20 minutes .
Place the drumsticks in the product and cook
for 10 minutes .
Adjust heat to 140 °C and cook for an
additional 10 minutes .
When cooking is completed, put the
drumsticks on dish to serve .
