results, we recommend shaking/turning
the food after approximately one third
and two thirds of the total cooking time.
Shake for 5 to 10 seconds each time.
For better cooking results, you may
shake/turn the food 3 times during the
cooking time.
The food is not crispy.
Some meals are traditionally
prepared in a deep fryer.
Dab these foods with oil before cooking.
