Procedure 

Read section "ESD guideline (Page 103)". 

Removal 
1.

 

Place the tray with the drive (nameplate) on the bottom on the mounting base as shown 

in the figure. 
In the following figure, the installation in vertical format is shown on the left and the 

installation in horizontal format on the right. 

2.

 

Unscrew the highlighted screws. 

3.

 

Lift up the tray and place it on the mounting base next to the drive. 

 

Installation 
1.

 

Place the drive next to the tray as shown. Make sure that the threads and holes are even. 

2.

 

Touching only the sides of the drive, move it left into the tray while keeping it even. 

3.

 

Fix the drive and tray in position at the center and carefully turn both over: the drive 

(rating plate) faces downward, see figure above. 
Ensure that each hole of the tray is positioned exactly over the threads of the drive. 

4.

 

Screw on the drive from behind. Do not tighten the screws too much. Do not exceed the 

maximum tightening torque of 0.7 Nm.
