Both PC1001-A2 and PC1002-A2 Novigo Core audio matrix boards provide 4
'PACE-Bus' (RS485) connectors ('1-RS485' to '4-RS485') in the options area.
These connectors can be used to connect the 'PACE-Bus' (RS485) operating
terminals and the 'PACE-Bus' (RS485) call stations.

Table 14: 'PACE-Bus' (RS485) connectors - '1-RS485' to '4-RS485'
These connectors are only used to connect the internal 'PACE-Bus' (RS485)
components in the cabinet.
If these connectors are used to connect the external 'PACE-Bus' (RS485)
components, they must be secured with the components below:
● The RS485 isolator: 'ICPDAS I-7510 (RS485, isolated)' PNA2009-A1
● The 'MeanWell SD-50B-24 DC/DC' PCA2011-A1 or the 'MeanWell SD-100B-24
DC/DC' PCA2018-A1
● The 'Ground fault monitoring (24V)' PCA2001-A1
It ensures that a short circuit on the external wiring does not influence the internal
function of the cabinet.
