4.11 Mount and install PN1001-A1

Two 'Ethernet switch (1x4)' PN1001-A1 can be mounted on the Novigo Core audio
matrix board in the options area ('Switch A' and 'Switch B'). They are plugged on
the selected positions. Each one is fixed with 2 screws. One PN1001-A1 provides
4 additional copper Ethernet cables (CAT5) with RJ45 connectors.

A redundant 'PACE-Net' star or tree structure can be created with 2x PN1001-A1.

The PN1001-A1

doesn’t offer the ring structure. A 'Planet IGS-10020MT Ethernet

Switch' PN2005-A1 is used to create a ring structure.

4.12 Install the micro SD card

The Novigo Core systems PC1001-A2 and PC1002-A2 are equipped with a micro
SD card slot in the options area.

The micro SD card is pre-installed. To change the micro SD card, pull it out from
the micro SD card slot and insert a new one in the correct direction.

The micro SD card is used to store messages and sound files.

Only the approved industrial grade SD card should be used. (Preferred: 'ATP
AF2GUD-2*** SD 2 GB Card' PCA2002-A1)
