HiNet system without DHCP server
If there is no DHCP server integrated into your HiNet environment,
you have to enter the IP address manually via your dialing keypad.
When DHCP is set off and the terminal does not have a configured
IP at start up, the screen "No IP address" is displayed. You have
to enter the admin menu and configure it manually. This will re-
quire a restart to take effect.
The following display will appear:
Having entered the IP address, you have to enter your own tele-
phone number:
If the HiNet password is not yet configured you will be prompted:
After your own telephone number has been entered, the telepho-
ne will change over to its normal operating mode (Basic menu).
You can now receive and make calls.
If there is an SNTP server integrated into your HiNet environment,
the date and time are automatically loaded to the telephone. If the-
re is no SNTP server, you have to set the date and time manually.
