Actual access stage i (word level):
The access stage i, determined by the entry at input PSW, is output as binary value. For access
stage n, bit n is set to 1 and all of the other 15 bits, are set to 0.
e.g. for access level = 7, WLVcorresponds to 2#0000000001000000.
(Default: 2#0000000000000000)
WST
Device status (word state):
The actual device status STE is output as a binary value. For the current device status ST=n, bit
n is set to 1 and all of the other 15 bits are set to 0.
e.g. for STE=7, WST corresponds to 2#000000001000000.
(Default: 2#0000000000000001)
