CONFIGURATION AND OPERATION
Example configuration with non-adjacent alarm zones
14. Click one of the red areas to set the values for the alarm zones. The values are set
relative to the position of the sensor.
The coordinate fields are color-coded depending on the values entered:
Color
Description
Blue
The values entered are consistent.
Orange
One or more of the values is outside the zone in which safe detection is
possible (e.g., near detection with near detection deactivated).
Red
One or more of the values is outside the detection zone that is physically
possible.
IMPORTANT!
For a zone defined with intersecting vertices, this alarm zone is displayed in purple and
the alarm is not triggered if the limits of the zone are violated.
IMPORTANT!
For kit B, the configuration settings also have to be made for the second sensor head at
this point.
Click the asterisk or hash symbol to switch to the configuration of the second sensor
head and repeat steps 8 through 17.
15. Click the red cross in the top right-hand corner
