Training
All persons involved in transporting dangerous goods (e.g. driver, loader, consignor,
consignee, filler, transporter) must have received appropriate training.

Disposal
Test gas cylinders that are not emptied must be returned to the supplier and the supplier is
responsible for their disposal.

The transport document is not required in Germany in compliance with Exception 18
GGAV when:

Gases are not transferred to third parties

No special agreement is applied
●
A proof of quantity (e.g. delivery bill) is available
