The LEDs light up if the fuse for the relevant terminal is
defective. The fuses are assigned to the terminals as follows:
FC1 / terminal 11+, FC2 / terminal 12+, FC3 / terminal 13+,
FC4 / terminal 14+, FC5 / terminal 15+, FC6 / terminal 16+
