Click “Finish”. Now, the driver installation is completed. To continue uploading of
test results from the tester to the PC, follow the prompts from Section 5.2. If no
uploading is required at the moment, press ESC on the Tester keyboard.
5.2. Uploading Test Results to the PC
Test results can be uploaded to the PC using the Geophones.exe program located in
the “C:\tester\programs” folder as default. You can relocate the said program to any
area on the PC hard disk drive. Files created by the running program will be written to
the same folder where the program is located. The above mentioned driver should be
installed on this PC (see 5.1).
Connect the Tester to a PC using a standard USB cable. Switch on the Tester and
execute “Main menu” −> “3 Memory menu…” −> “4 Upload files”. The following
message will be displayed on the Tester screen:
“USB operation…”,
then the Tester will execute instructions coming from the PC.
Run the Geophones.exe program. The application console window will open.
