Instructions
Before starting maintenance on the balance, disconnect the AC adapter
from the power outlet.
If you carry out maintenance with the AC adapter left plugged into the power outlet, you may
sustain an electric shock.

Maintaining the
Balance
Wipe over with a soft cloth moistened with a little
neutral detergent and well wrung out.
When cleaning the inside of the balance, be sure to
remove the pan, pan supporter and pan rings. Take
care not to touch the shaft and not to allow dusts
come inside from holes around the shaft.
Main body
Avoid using organic solvents, chemical agents or cloths impregnated
with chemicals since they will damage the coating of the balance and the
display panel.
If the balance is used in an environment where it gets dirty easily, use the
protective in-use cover available.
Display
The door can be removed
and the door rails can be
wiped over or replaced.

Glass door
When cleaning the pan, be sure
remove it from the body.
The pan can be washed with water.
In that case, dry it thoroughly before
fitting it back on the balance.
