➁ Untighten the lock nuts and remove the plug, valve
seat, poppet and spring from the body.
4. Pilot Spool

Pull out the spool, plate and spring as a set to the
arrow mark.

Remove the O-ring and wiper from the body.

If necessary, remove the nut, plate and spring.
Nut tightening torque
18 – 22 N · m (1.8 – 2.2 kgf · m)

If necessary, remove the spool head, bypath spool
and spring from the spool.
Spool Head tightening torque
9.8 – 14.7 N · m (1 – 1.5 kgf · m)
5. Unload Valve, Check Valve

Remove the plug and take out the spring and unload
valve.
➁ Remove the plug and take out the spring, check
valve and valve seat.
Plug tightening torque
Unload valve 98 – 120 N
