(2) ASSEMBLY
Reassembly
1. Inspect the spool and sleeve for evidence of sticking,
scuff marks, and any other damage before reassembly.
If found defective, replace the control valve assembly.
2. Wash the material parts by clean solvent and air dry.
Never use the cloth or paper for prevent the trouble by
waste threads.
3. O-ring and seals are installed with new one and apply
the thin grease to O-ring when reassembly.
4. Install the poppet (1), spring (2), damper collar (3) and
relief adjuster plug (4) in the housing.
5. Adjust the relief adjuster plug’s depth before
disassembly measured dimension. At this time will get
same relief pressure before disassemble ordinary.
NOTE: The relief adjuster plug is changed 1.47
MPa (15 kgf/cm
2
) by one turn.
6. Install the ball (6), retainer pin (7) and retainer screw
(8) and tighten to 12.8 N·m (1.3 kgf·m).
7. Install the dust seal (9) in the housing.
8. Install the oil seal (10) as follows:

Makeshift install one bearing race (11) and sleeve
(12) in the housing and concentric and keep them.
➁
Install the oil seal (10) to the ditch between the
housing and bearing race.
➂
Remove the sleeve and bearing race from the
housing.
