17. Install the O-ring (21) on the housing.
18. Put the spacer plate (11) on the housing and align the
bolt holes and oil holes.
19. Insert the drive (9) in the housing, and install the yoke
on the drive to the pin.
20. Install the O-ring (10) on the gerotor (6), and install
them on the spacer plate (11) while matching the spline
of the drive and gerotor’s star, and align for bolt holes.
NOTE: O-ring installed surface against the
housing.
21. Install the O-ring (5) on the plate (4) and install them to
the gerotor.
22. Install the O-ring (3) on the end cap (2), and install
them on the gerotor while aligning the bolt holes.
23. Apply the oil to the thread of all screws, and install the
screws and tighten to 4.9 N·m (0.5 kgf·m) at first, and
tightening order (1) ~ (7) as illustrations.
24. Retighten screws to 9.8 N·m (1.0 kgf·m) as same
tightening order.
25. Install the control valve assembly to the tractor and
inspect the spool is rotate.
