Caution
• When all connections are complete, turn on the power.
• Turn on the monitor first before turning on the computer o
playback device.
• Even when the power is turned off with the POWER button
on the monitor, a minute amount of power is consumed if
the power cord is connected.
Turning power on/off
1. Press the POWER button on the side of the monitor to
turn on the power.

2. Turn the power on and off with the POWER button on
the remote control.
Point the remote control unit toward the remote control
sensor (see page 16) on the monitor, and press the
POWER button.
TIPS
• To turn on the power while Power LED is off, press the
POWER button on the side of the monitor.
Caution
• When the power is turned off and on by disconnecting and
connecting the power cord, or using the breaker, system
startup may be slow.
• When turning the power off and back on, always wait for at
least 5 seconds. A short interval may result in a malfunction.
• For a complete electrical disconnection, pull out the main
plug.
