TROUBLESHOOTING
The START indicator is
not lit in the USB
Memory Scan mode.
The USB memory is not recognized or not inserted, or any device
other than USB memory is inserted in the USB port.
Check the USB port of the Network expansion kit.

"ERR" appears in the
display during Scan to
Desktop mode.
In the case of executing Scan to Desktop, an error will occur on the
machine if the network scanner tool profile is deleted before Scan to
Desktop is used.
If scanning is executed using Sharpdesk Mobile on the mobile device after a
network scanner tool profile is registered, the network scanner tool profile
will be deleted. If you need to use Scan to Desktop, re-register the network
scanner tool profile.
"ERR" appears in the
display during USB
Memory Scan.
Any device other than USB memory is inserted in the USB port, the
USB memory is write-protected, or it was taken off during USB
Memory Scan.
Check your USB memory device and use it properly.

"ERR" appears during
Scan to Sharpdesk
Mobile.
You have not registered the machine on Sharpdesk Mobile in the
mobile devices.
Register the machine on Sharpdesk Mobile.
"FUL" appears in the
display during USB
Memory Scan.
The memory of the USB device became full.
Use the USB device with sufficient memory.
