irregularity in thickness. Acquiring the right sensitivity for the calibration of the printing plate, even just looking frontally, it will be an advantage for
you and potential warranty for prints always optimal.
Plate levelling (calibration)
From the "prepare" menu select "Test plate": the procedure prints concentric rectangles made with a single layer, allowing you to evaluate the adhesion
of the material to the printing bed and to figure out if the plan is leveled properly observing the width extrusion. A narrowest print indicates a greater
distance between the plate and extruder (plate too low), while a print very wide and discolored indicates a plate too high . You will notice that the
narrowest parts detach themselves from the plate too much easily: this is because the plate is too far from the extruder and so there is not adhesion
between the material and the glass.
Once launched the calibration, the procedure starts heating and the zeroing the various axis; when the extruder is 230° c the printer draws the first rectangle. Evaluating
the result, you can adjust the four screws at the corners of the plate. Pay attention: the four calibration screws are only the ones at the end of the aluminium plate (red
circled in the picture). Do not bother to interfere with the internal movements in this case, the rectangles are drawn in such a way to be able to access the four screws
