The motor could not be sup-
plied with the correct amount of
current during the pre-magnet-
izing time:
• Nominal motor power too
small in relation to rated in-
verter power
• Motor cable cross section too
small.
Only for operation with a linear
motor (as of firmware 18):
• The drive has been set to
"Enable" although the com-
mutation offset between lin-
ear motor and linear encoder
is not known. This means
that the inverter cannot set
the current indicator cor-
rectly.
• Check startup data and per-
form new startup, if neces-
sary.
• Check connection between
inverter and motor
• Check cross section of mo-
tor cable and increase if ne-
cessary
• Perform commutation travel
in the "No enable" state and
then switch to "Enable"
once the inverter has ac-
knowledged in status word
bit 25 that commutation
was successful.
